Prices in the webshop

All prices of the products in our webshop include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

How can I order?

You can place an order by first choosing the desired product via the webshop page. If applicable, select the product variant. Select the desired quantity. Then click on the green "Shopping Cart" button to place the product in your shopping cart.
Go to your shopping cart via the link you now see on the screen or via the button at the top right. Check your products and click on the green "Checkout" button.
Complete all requested information on the “Your order details” page. We need this information to contact you if you have any questions or concerns. You must agree to the general terms and conditions and the privacy statement and then click on the green "Confirm order" button.
On the “Your order” page, check your details and the selected products. Choose a payment method and, if necessary, the name of your bank. As soon as you click on the green "Pay" button, you will be redirected to the payment provider and to your bank, where you can give the payment order. You will then return to the website and see the result of your payment. If payment is successful, you will receive an email confirming your order.

Secure online payment & payment methods

You can pay for your order securely online. The payment is carried out by the payment provider Mollie BV. The connection between your computer and the webshop/payment page is secured with SSL/TLS encryption. The payment methods offered are:
- iDeal (if you have a Dutch bank account)
- All common types of credit cards
- Bank transfer, via a SEPA transfer, pay afterwards after delivery of the product/products
You as a customer will not be charged any transaction costs.

Delivery and shipping costs

The delivery time varies per product. Please refer to the relevant product page for the actual delivery time. If the product is in stock, the order will be shipped the same day. Depending on delivery times, weekends and holidays, your order will normally be delivered within 24 hours within the Netherlands.
The shipping costs can be found on the shipping costs page and differ per destination country. Packages are sent via PostNL. A Track & Trace code will be provided to you upon request. The shipping costs for products that are too large or too heavy for normal shipping will be sent via TransMission. On the product page, in the shopping cart and on the payment page you can see which shipping costs apply to your order. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, your order will be resubmitted. Consult the carrier's terms and conditions for this. Products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will be delivered in a separate shipment.

Warranty

The legal warranty applies to all products. This means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. If the product does not meet expectations, you can return the product to us using the return procedure below.

Return

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of the agreement by an unambiguous statement (for example in writing, by post (Roy's Special Tools, Moerheimstraat 87A, 7701 CC Dedemsvaart), or by e-mail info@rstools.nl). to revoke. You can use the model withdrawal form sent by us (PDF), but you are not authorized to do so. obliged. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. Consequences of the withdrawal If you withdraw from the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that time, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard offered by us delivery) without delay and in any case not later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged any fees for such reimbursement. We may wait with reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You must return or hand over the goods to us as soon as possible and in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from use of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. If reasonably possible, return the product unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.

Complaints handling

We do our utmost to provide you with the best possible service. If you are not satisfied with our products or services, we kindly request that you contact us via the contact page or by telephone on 0523-615653. You will receive a substantive response to your complaint within a maximum of 14 days. Are you not satisfied with the handling of your complaint? Then you can submit this to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee, PO Box 90600, 2509 LP in The Hague (www.sgc.nl). You can also submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform (https ://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
