Test cap for oil pressure measurement

Special oil filter adapter/test cap for Mercedes OM629 engine generation. Used in E-Class, GL, M-Class and S-Class models with 4.0L V8 engines to check the engine oil pressure.
Testing via the oil pressure switch or via the screw plug is not possible with these models/engines. The test process can be carried out with the oil filter installed.

Reference OM629.991 installed in type W221 (S-Class)

Oil pressure at operating temperature:
Idling: =/> 1.0 bar
at 3000 rpm: =/> 5 bar

Tightening torque 25 Nm, test connection NW5
