Special tool for adjusting the camshaft position on the 4-cylinder Mercedes-Benz engines with a displacement of 1.6 l and 2.0 l of the engine series M133, M260, M264, M270, M274.
The new design of the camshaft adjustment tool ensures greater stability and easier operation. The set includes two adapters that are positioned centered on the camshaft bridge, so that the correct position of the camshaft sensor wheels can be determined.
This is a solution for a problem with "spinning sensor discs". This is difficult to see with the naked eye.
Both versions The hold-down holders for engines with Camtronic (CODE A14) in Ø 29 mm and without Camtronic in Ø 26 mm are included.

NOTE:
This item is intended as a separate part, possibly to expand existing special tools, and is supplied without a storage case. A suitable storage case can be found under article number 51003.
