Special tool for holding the pulley when removing and installing the crankshaft mounting screw. To replace the timing belt on VAG TSI, TFSI and Ford 1.5L Ecoboost engines, the central bolt of the crankshaft must be loosened to allow the vibration damper or pulley to be removed.
Problem:
Due to the many different versions of pulleys with different hole spacings, it is necessary to adapt the original counterholder (to be used as T10475).
Adjusting the mounting and fastening bolts as specified in the repair manual does not provide the desired fit.
